Return Goods Policy

We hope that all the products you buy at Moisan Portes de garage give you complete satisfaction. We can accept returns of merchandise within 15 days of receipt of your order, if you met the following conditions:

• the article was not used
• product kept in its original packaging
• the receipt for the transaction is included

Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Shipments will be made in most cities by Canada Post.

Delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, products out of stock or peak periods can lead to delays in deliveries.

The buyer assumes the risk of loss the parcels as soon as the parcel is delivered to the courier service which will deliver it.

Administrative and handling charges of 35% will be applied on any return of merchandise.

The courier charge will be pay by the customer.

Please note that the initial delivery fee will not be refundable.
